Freehouse Collective launches refreshed food and drink menus for spring
It's that time of the year again. Freehouse Collective is excited to give its menus a seasonal refresh with new food and drink options for days on the patio, refueling after rides on the cruiser, and powering up to chase sunsets.
Patio Season is Upon Us
With winter in the rear-view mirror, the long season of sunscreen and tank tops awaits. Led by Food Director Alvin Pillay, the culinary team has been testing and refining a range of new choices which will launch at Freehouse Collective pubs and restaurants in Vancouver.
Menu updates vary from location to location with highlights including flavour-packed salads like the Coconut Chicken Salad at most locations and the Chilled Noodle & Almond Salad at Sing Sing Beer Bar. Summer-friendly mains include Tempura Cod Tacos at Three Brits, Short Rib Dip at Butcher & Bullock, and an elevated Sablefish with New England Chowder at Brass Fish Tavern.
Drink up Buttercup
Beverage Director Trevor Kallies has also updated the beverage options for the season adding bright fresh options like Beautiful You which blends Aperol, Altos Tequila, and fruit into a warm days concoction or the Calamansi Paloma Freezie which turns Altos Tequila and citrus fruit into an adult frozen summer treat. Select locations will also have the Group Caesar added to the menu, a four-person serving of Freehouse Collective’s house Caesar for sharing on those late start summer brunch days.
Note: Not all items are available at all locations, so visit your favourite Freehouse Collective location soon to see what’s new and delicious.
