The Road to Dublin returns to Freehouse Collective for a 13-day St. Patrick’s celebration inspired by Irish pub culture. In partnership with Jameson—one of Ireland’s oldest and most iconic exports—we’re bringing a spirited menu and lively programming to Toronto’s The Walrus and Vancouver’s The Ballyhoo.
The celebration features Irish-inspired food specials like Curry Cheese Chips, the Dublin Smash, Spice Bag, and more, alongside a lineup of house-crafted cocktails inspired by the Emerald Isle. Sip creations like the Cinnamon Toast Irish Coffee, The Dark Hedges—a unique Guinness-based cocktail—plus spirit-free options and other seasonal features.
Alongside the menu, guests can expect live music and plenty of Irish spirit throughout the celebration.
